Bella's 1st Birthday Bash!
I was a bit occupied for the past few weeks, hence the silence and lack of updates. To be honest I was occupied physically and mentally, the first with the preparation of my brother’s engagement hantaran and Bella’s Bday Bash, the latter with some difficult life changing decision that I have to make. Well lets just keep that for later.

Anyway…not meaning to mellow down this entry, here are some ideas on what happened last weekend – Bella’s 1st Birthday Bash! Oh dear, she is now 1 year old, and like usual, I still cannot believe that time flies ever so fast.
I reckon she had a blast, eventhough the fact is as she grows up she may not remember the party, but I made sure that I snapped as many pics as I can for our keepsake.
Bella just took her first few steps last week, right about time. The moment she made her move I was so overwhelmed, I could not help shedding some happy tears. She is not yet really stable with her feet yet, but I am sure that it would come soon considering the high amount of practice.Besides walking, she is also now more sociable, and able to mimic as a response to people. Not to mention that she is slowly developing a mind of her own, like having a favorite toy or a preferred food.
The party theme was of Balloons and Bubbles, and I incorporated multi-coloured concept for the decorations. I did all the decorations DIY style (proud momma), and managed to stick to our budget. Even though it rained a bit catsy n dogsy, but towards the afternoon thankfully it subsided. The children I invited helped create the ambience that I was looking for, and Bella did have fun with the bubbles even when she still could not blow her own.
Thank you to everyone who made it to the party, and for all those wonderful gifts too. Bella sure appreciates it so much!
