Via Pinterest : When you are angry
Here is a confession.
Sometimes I struggle with anger management, and when I am angry I draw up conclusions real fast. So not healthy. Especially in a professional environment like the office, or with my loved ones for that matter.
These words are just plain true. Usually if I kept my anger inside and stayed silent, things turned out a lot better, because REASON had enough time to take its place.
