Sweet Escape

I have not baked in a while and there are some pears in the kitchen, so i thought i'd bake a Chocolate Pear Pudding.

I do not have a scale (yet) and its my first time, not bad huh? As far as the taste goes, i'd give it a 7 out of 10. A little bit less sweet, because i did not measure the sugar accordingly.

Apart from the pudding, i had some sweet doses of my daughter too ;) She made her first big giggle last Friday night (11 Feb 2011) and i have been trying to get it out of her again now. Heheh.

Tomorrow is Monday, i certainly hope its not going to be another blues for all of us!
